One credit translates one source document up to 25 MB and 50,000 words, with limits of 300 PDF pages or 300 PowerPoint slides. Each file in a batch uses one credit. Downloading again or choosing a supported export does not add a charge. Choose a prepaid pack or a custom amount from your account.

Translate one document per UTC day without an account, subject to availability. Free and paid files share the same limits: 25 MB, 50,000 source words, 400,000 extracted characters, 300 PDF pages, or 300 PowerPoint slides. The allowance resets at midnight UTC.

Choosing a file and reviewing its price does not use credits. When you press Translate, the quoted credits are reserved so they cannot be spent twice. They are used when the translation is ready. Failed or cancelled unfinished translations release the reservation.

Failed or cancelled unfinished translations use no credits. Their reserved credits are released. Deleting a completed translation does not reverse its charge.

Download the completed translation in its original format or choose another export. Re-exporting and retrying a download do not translate the document again or use more credits.

Purchased credits and eligible bonus credits do not expire. There is no subscription or automatic refill.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout offers international cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods where eligible. Options depend on your country, device, and currency. You can choose local-currency pricing when available; the conversion rate and total appear before payment, and your bank may charge separate fees. Your pack contains the same number of credits in any currency. Credits are added after payment is confirmed; bank payments can take longer.

Yes. An eligible new account with a verified email or supported sign-in provider receives one bonus credit in its regular balance. It translates one document within the upload limits, works on the website or API, and does not expire. This one-time credit is separate from the daily free allowance. Username-only accounts do not receive the signup credit.

Download your results for 24 hours after completion. If a download is interrupted, return to your recent translations to recover it. You can also reselect the unchanged original without another translation charge.

API translations use your account’s prepaid credits and do not use the free website allowance. Each document uses one credit within the same upload limits. API documentation
