Using the service
You must have permission to process the documents you submit. Translation is automated and may contain mistakes. Review translated documents before relying on them. This service does not provide certified translations or guarantee an exact visual match.
Credits and payment
Paid translations use prepaid credits based on source word count. We show the exact credit requirement before you start. Credits are reserved during processing and charged when a complete validated text translation is available. Exporting the same result again does not create another charge.
Failed translations and cancellations before completion release reserved credits. Deleting a completed result does not reverse its charge. Credit packs are prepaid, one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Bonus credits have no cash value. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. For payment mistakes or unused-credit refund requests, contact support; approved refunds may reverse associated bonus credits.
Availability and downloads
Free allowances and service capacity are limited. Results are available for one hour. You are responsible for saving your downloads. Unsupported files, languages, or complex layouts may require another format or manual editing.
Accounts
Keep credentials and API keys private. Username accounts require a saved password or recovery code for access. Accounts and balances belong only to document-translator.com and are separate from other tools.
